Ordering and Payments
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, except those placed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. To learn the status of your order, contact our us at info@madeonearthwolfeboro.com or (603) 569 - 9100. We will be happy to inform you of the anticipated delivery date of your order.

Payment Option

Our store is open 7 days a week. You may order online with a credit card.
We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa. If you prefer, you may place your order by phone at (603) 569 - 9100. We are available to take your order from 9:30-5:30 EST Monday- Saturday.
You may also order by mail using  a money order at PO Box 2038, Wolfeboro, NH 03894. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If by chance you are not we will gladly provide a merchandise credit, valid for one year as long as the item is returned within 30 days. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Defective merchandise will be replaced. Please call us to arrange return and replacement.

All other returns will receive credit good for use within one year. Please call us with any questions.
